Our academic year is split into six short, focused terms. Each term ends with a family fun day and a staff development day so that children, families and the team finish together and start the next term ready.
The dates below show when children are in session, plus the family and staff days that sit at the end of each term. We run a morning and an afternoon session across these days; session times are not affected by term-length closures.

Each family fun day is a chance for children, families and the team to come together, celebrate the term and share what has been achieved. These are not regular session days; they are planned social events where children can make new friends, build lasting memories and give back to the wider community.
Across the year we deliver six high-quality professional development days for our team. These sessions build knowledge, sharpen practice and strengthen safeguarding, curriculum planning and therapeutic approaches, so every staff member is equipped to support our children to learn, grow and thrive.
